    Q2. How do I use Lalisse products?

    Each product can be used individually and in combination with other brands and products.  Together the Lalisse Acne and Pimple Solutions make a fast and effective skin care routine.

    Lalisse Anti-Spot Skin Serum No. 1
    Anti-Spot Skin Serum No. 1 is designed for use on moderate acne and pimples.

    Recommended Application
    It is recommended the serum to be used three times per day (morning, after work/school and before bed).
    There are no restrictions on the length of time you use the serum.
    It can be applied to an area when there is inflammation associated with acne/pimples or used as a spot application.

    Lalisse Anti-Spot Skin Serum No. 2
    Skin Serum No. 2 is designed for short-term intensive use on severe acne.

    Recommended Application
    It is recommended the serum to be applied a maximum of three times per day.
    After use for three consecutive days, a break of three to four days is recommended.
    Serum no.2 is to be used when there is serious *high-grade acne present or hormonal cystic acne.
    *High-grade acne is when there are large pustules, infection and cysts present on the face, neck, chest or back.

    Lalisse Oil-Control Cleanser
    For Oily & Combination Skin Types

    Recommended Application
    The Lalisse Oil-Control Cleanser should be used Morning and Night, ideal for use in the shower.
    Using a small amount of cleanser (approximately the size of a ten-cent piece) add water and work into a gentle lather. Using circular motions cleanse the skin and rinse thoroughly with water.
    If the skin feels tight after cleansing, too much cleanser may have been used or not enough water added.

    Lalisse Exfoliating Peel-Off Masque
    For Oily & Combination Skin Types

    Recommended Application
    Use the Lalisse Exfoliating Peel-Off Masque once to twice a week after cleansing.
    Apply the Lalisse Exfoliating Peel-Off Masque to either affected areas or to the entire face until well covered.  Ensure there is a slightly thicker edge for easy removal.
    Avoid applying the Masque near the eyes, mouth or to sensitive skin.
    Allow approximately 20 - 30 minutes for the masque to dry, alternatively after 10 minutes the  Masque will have softened dead skin cells and can be rinsed off with warm water.
    When dry to the touch, gently peel the Masque upwards from the skin and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

    Lalisse Oil-Free Moisturiser
    For Oily & Combination Skin Types

    Recommended Application
    Use the Lalisse Oil-Free Moisturiser after cleansing or exfoliating.
    Pump a small amount onto the fingers and apply to clean skin morning and night.

    For best results, we recommend following 3 steps of application. Although each product may be used individually:

    Step 1
    Lalisse Oil-Control Cleanser : Use Morning & Night
    Lalisse Exfoliating Peel-Off Masque : Apply after using the Lalisse Cleanser, once or twice a week.

    Step 2
    Lalisse Anti-Spot Skin Serum No 1 or Skin Serum No 2 : Using the convenient roller-ball applicator, apply directly to the affected area(s).

    Step 3
    Lalisse Oil-Free Moisturiser : Apply Morning & Night.

    Q3. Can I use the serums in conjunction with other skin care products and with make-up?

    The serum is most effective when applied to clean dry skin.  After allowing the serum to dry, a moisturiser can be applied. It is recommended the serum be used before the application of other skin care and cosmetic products, however it can be applied on top of moisturisers and cosmetics for daily application.

    Q4. Can Lalisse skin care cause dryness?

    When using the Lalisse skin serums, some dryness may occur.  This may be due to a build up of dead skin cells or an initial response to the serum.  Make sure you moisturise these areas regularly and exfoliate the skin with the Lalisse Masque at least once a week.   The Lalisse Cleanser, Masque and Moisturiser are designed to hydrate and balance the skin and should not cause dryness.

    Q5. Will the Lalisse Skin Serums leave an obvious stain where applied?

    Lalisse Anti-Spot Skin Serum No.1 is an amber coloured solution, once applied it dries to a clear and natural look and will not leave unsightly stains or discolouration.

    Lalisse Anti-Spot Skin Serum No.2 is also an amber coloured solution.  Once applied it dries to a clear and natural look, however excess application may leave a slight brownish stain on the skin where applied, that may take up to a week to clear.  Any skin discolouration is temporary and will clear in time using the Lalisse Oil-Control Cleanser.

    Q9. Can I travel with Lalisse Skin Serum?

    Lalisse is a registered skin care product and is safe for domestic and international Air travel.  It is recommended where possible the roller-ball attachment be replaced with the original rubber stopper on the bottle with the cap securely attached so as to avoid any possibility of leakage.  Try to keep the bottle in an upright position at all times with cap secured and stored in a cool area, out of direct sunlight and heat when not in use.

    Q10. Does Lalisse have a product to help with old acne and pimple scarring?

    There are some benefits from using the Lalisse Range on skin with old acne and pimple scarring.  Benefits include refined skin texture and slight changes in pigmentation. However, Lalisse is designed for use on existing acne and pimple affected skin.

    Q11. Can I use Lalisse if I am pregnant or trying to fall pregnant?

    We recommend that you use the Lalisse Anti-Spot Skin Serum No.1. Ensure that you apply directly onto the pimple/affected area and that you use in moderation and no more than 3 times a day. Do not apply over large areas. 

    The Lalisse Oil-Control Cleanser, Exfoliating Peel-Off Masque and Oil-Free Moisturiser are safe to use as recommended during this period.

    Ensure you avoid getting all products in your mouth and always avoid the sensitive eye area.

    Q13. Is Lalisse suitable for use on a sensitive & oily skin complexion?

    Lalisse is suitable for use by all men, women and teenagers. It is suitable to use on all skin types, regardless of age or condition.  However, sensitive skin types should always follow the ‘less is best' rule in any application of skin care products.

    The 24 hr test
    We recommend that if you have never tried Lalisse before, conduct a 24hr test patch on the inside of your wrist or behind the ear to see if you are susceptible to an allergenic reaction. If no reaction occurs, if should be safe to apply to larger areas.  Should a reaction occur please contact your place of purchase.

    Q14. Do the Lalisse products contain alcohol?

    The Lalisse Anti-Spot Skin Serums contain Ethyl alcohol derived from corn which works as a carrier for the active ingredients. It also works to keep the Serum Solution sterile and free from bacteria growth.  When applied to the skin the Ethyl alcohol has some antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

    Q15. Is Lalisse tested on animals and does Lalisse contain animal by-products?

    Lalisse do not test on animals nor do they contain any animal by-products. Lalisse Skin Solutions products contain all natural herb and plant extracts combined with the healing properties of Powdered Pearls.  Our products are tested on friends and family.

    Q16. I am unsatisfied with the results of the serum and would like to get a refund, what do I do?

    Firstly, ensure that you are following the correct application procedures according to the instructions enclosed with the products packaging. If you discover that you are excessively applying the serum or applying in an incorrect manner, follow the instructions or Free Call: 1800 338 008 for further assistance with product use. If you purchased your serum within the last 30 days, you can return your product to the place of your purchase and claim a full refund of the purchase price.     Q17. My pimples/acne has worsened since using Lalisse

    It is uncommon to experience a negative affect with Lalisse products. However a possible cause could be an allergenic reaction to the products.  If you possess a sensitive disposition to the products ingredients or you are applying/using too much product cease use immediately and rinse skin thoroughly with water.  Allow your skin to calm down and return to normal as much as possible. If problem persists, seek medical advice.

    Q18. Can I use Lalisse whilst on antibiotics or the contraceptive pill for my acne?

    Lalisse Skin Solutions products are to be used topically only. Do not combine the serums with any other topical pimple cream or solution as this may result in lessening the effectiveness of the serum. Used topically, it should be safe to continue use whilst on antibiotics and the contraceptive pill.  If you are unsure of your skins new sensitivity we recommend doing another test patch.  Ensure that you do not apply Lalisse near the mouth or delicate eye area. If you do get any Lalisse products in your mouth, rinse out with cool water until bitter aftertaste subsides.

    Q19. I have an acne skin problem, do I need to use all the Lalisse products?

    Lalisse Skin Solution products work well independent of the other and can be used in conjunction with other non Lalisse skin care products.

    However for best long term benefits the use of the Lalisse Oil-Control Cleanser with the Exfoliating Peel-Off Masque and Oil-Free Moisturiser is recommended.  Some Skin types may require the use of both Anti-Spot Skin Serum No.1 and No. 2, however most skin types will only require the use of one serum to help reduce the frequency and severity of breakouts.

    Q20. Is Lalisse suitable to use on Rosacea effected skin?

    We recommend the use of Lalisse Anti-Spot Skin Serum No.1 because of the powerful ant-inflammatory properties. The Lalisse Oil-Control Cleanser, Exfoliating Peel-Off Masque and Oil-Free Moisturiser may also be used for their regenerative and calming properties.
